Dr. Ravindran is a comprehensive dentist that can perform the following procedures. Please note specific procedures can only be completed at selected facilities. For example restorative treatment (fillings) can be done Wakemed but not at Duke's Facilities.

2. Sign the electronic medical history form (Adobe Sign) This will be emailed to you
3. Make an appointment with your primary care physician for a history and physical.
4. Schedule the procedure.
5. Sign Electronic Consents

- You have 30 days to complete the paperwork. If we don't hear from you we inactivate you.
- Have the history and physical scheduled after you have scheduled your procedure date.
